Roses for Large Pots and Containers / Half Barrel

Whilst all roses can be planted into pots, some larger growing varieties require large containers in order to allow their roots to have some more space.

These roses for large pots include climbers, shrubs and David Austin rose varieties which grow upwards of 4ft. These varieties can be very striking when planted into pots and can act as beautiful focal points on patio areas and along pathways.

Roses should be planted into a rose specific compost such as John Innes Number 3. Watered regularly throughout summer months and feed three times a year if planted into containers.
